Since its inception, Oregon Chai, the market leader in the chai category, has referred to its chai tea latte as “Nirvana in a cup.” Now, Oregon Chai is asking its fans to share their experiences with the product in a marketing campaign dubbed “Digital Nirvana.”
Oregon Chai has created a user-generated video site, www.DigitalNirvanaTV.com, where users can upload videos of themselves experiencing and/or talking about the Nirvana they encounter when enjoying America’s favorite chai tea.
The website is based on sharing the fans experiences of having a peaceful and fulfilling cup of tea that helps to relax and unnerve. It also talks of different methods of making a cup of chai that suits your purpose and offers a little something on the side (basically uploading recipes of different snacks) and winning prizes on a weekly basis.
The blog itself is a new item added on the website where different motivational and inspiring news are added to intrigue the readers and therefore allow them to visit on a weekly basis. Though not publicized on a large scale the concept of a simple online blog maintained over having a cup of chai that brings “Nirvana in a cup” is unique and interesting!
